Who doesn’t love garlic? I mean, c’mon! Well, the 33rd annual Gilroy Garlic Festival is almost upon us, so you can get your fill of the almost 6,000 pounds of fresh California garlic that will waft it’s way through the Christmas Hill Park in Gilroy, CA.

This year’s festival is presented by Raley’s, Bel Air Markets and Nob Hill Foods, and will feature Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” favorite, Angelo Sosa, as well as country star, Kip Moore. They’ve also renovated the Amphitheater that will host 13 live concerts.

In addition to the great music and deliciously pungent aromas, there will be plenty of other fun things to do: cook offs, arts & crafts, children’s areas, The Garlic Showdown, the unforgettable Miss Gilroy Garlic pageant, and much much more.

If you haven’t been, it’s worth checking out. It’s an unforgettable experience. Where else can you say you’ve tried garlic ice cream?
